Director’s Assistant

Position: Experienced Executive Assistant

FULL TIME fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively support the Director in daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage communications and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and business travel.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized system for managing documents and confidential information.
• Supervise specific projects assigned by the Director, ensuring their complete execution.

Requirements:

• Italian language proficiency level C1
• English language proficiency level C1
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Excellent knowledge of productivity software, including Microsoft Office, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree, but candidates with only a Diploma or equivalent professional experience or experience in the sector will also be considered.
